No. To be consistent with question above, Novaspect prefers that you update suppliers in your system to reflect [Emerson Entity] c/o Novaspect and ensure all purchase orders are communicated to Novaspect effective Oct 1st 2020.

Yes, all agreements with Emerson Automation Solutions companies will remain intact.
The short answer is yes. If this applies to your company, a representative from Novaspect will be reaching out to discuss on a case-by-case basis. If no agreed upon terms & conditions are in place with Stover Controls or Novaspect, then Novaspect standard terms & conditions apply to any new orders.
Novaspect will be reaching out to all customers in this situation to ensure all portal information is set-up such that we can conduct business on October 1st, 2020.
Open POs made to Stover Controls will be handled on a case by case basis. All open purchase orders will be migrated into Novaspect’s business system and the products/services will be delivered as ordered. You will receive a Novaspect order confirmation once this migration has occurred. No action is required by you unless a Novaspect team member reaches out directly.

Yes. All valid Stover Controls quotations will be honored by Novaspect. Please reach out to your current sales team with any questions.

New RFQ’s can be emailed to [email protected], or contact your inside or outside salesperson directly.
Yes, your inside sales (application engineers) & outside sales contacts will remain the same! There will be no immediate change to employee phone numbers. Employee email addresses will be updated to a new [email protected] email address, but you can still use the legacy @stovercontrols and @rsstover email addresses through 2021. We suggest updating your contact information with the new email addresses as soon as possible.
No, in most cases. All of your company information will be transferred to Novaspect’s business system if the information was stored by Stover Controls. If you have increased your business purchase volume, we may need to ask you to fill out a new credit application. If Stover Controls did not keep all the information or did not have it, we may also be reaching out to you for those items which may include sales tax certificates, email addresses to submit invoices, or appropriate contact information.
