Barrel-Style Pump Guards for ANSI Pumps

ANSI & OSHA-compliant, our nonmetallic barrel guards will not dent or rust. Cantilevered guard bolts connect directly to rear of pump and eliminate drilling base plates to mount guards. Barrel pump guards install in a few minutes and can be quickly removed and remounted. All UNIGUARD machine guards are UV-protected for outdoor use. Barrel guard adapter plates fit many popular brand ANSI pumps, including: Gould, Flowserv, Durco, Sulzer, Fybroc, and many others.

GDSA Coupling Guards

UNIGUARD type GDSA Coupling Guards feature an adjustable length that make installations quick and simple. This guard features a one-piece split design that remains connected on top and opens like a clam-shell for easy installation. Simply locate the shaft holes and drill with a hole saw, mount the guard to the base, extend to correct length to cover all rotating components, and you’re done. Non-metallic, lightweight machine guards will not dent or rust and fit many applications. Simply locate shaft center and drill shaft openings, usually with a hole saw and mount.

Belt & Chain Guards

UNIGUARD Belt & Chain Guards come in two varieties: horizontal & vertical. The horizontal machine guard comes standard with a vented front panel and a solid removable rear panel. Shaft holes are easily located and field-drilled with a hole saw. The one-piece vertical machine guard incorporates solid panels front and rear that are vertically split up the center. Shaft holes are easily located and field-drilled with a hole saw. These guards easily slip over the equipment, maintaining OSHA/ANSI compliance.

Flat Inspection Windows

Flat Inspection Windows are an available option to add visibility and access to any UNIGUARD that has a flat surface large enough to hold the installed window. Windows allow access with out removing the entire guard and also provide visibility inside the guard. Flat Inspection Windows are corrosion resistant made from polycarbonate (shield), high density polyethylene (frame) and stainless steel fasteners. A wide range of sizes is available.
